Once your deposit is processed we will contact you via email. We will chat about colours and stains. I will then send you a digital proof of your sign. If you are not satisfied with the design we can make appropriate changes until you love it! You can also send us a photo of your space and we can help design something together!

Our signs typically start at $350 and can increase depending on the size and details. If you have a specific budget, we'll do our best to accommodate it!

Yes, you'll receive a digital proof of your design. We strive to match your sign as closely as possible to the proof, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to the nature of stains, wood grains, and your screen's color calibration.

Approximate LOCAL PICKUP ABERDEEN, NJ $0 UPS- USA: $20 and up depending on size and weight of sign.

Our round signs are 1" thick, made up of a 1/2" thick round and 1/2" thick letters. Cutouts are 1/2" thick. We use high-quality Baltic birch wood and MDF for durability.

For larger pieces, we provide a heavy-duty two-part hanging cleat, but we don't attach the hardware due to liability reasons. Other pieces may come with D-rings or sawtooth hangers. For cut-to-shape signs, we recommend using heavy-duty Velcro command strips (we can suggest where to buy them). Please note, we're not responsible for any damages from hardware installation or signs falling.

Because of the handmade nature of our products they cannot be returned. We are a small business and customer service along with craftsmanship is our TOP priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us houseofoak317@gmail.com. In the event of an error made on my end I will happily rectify the issue.

YES!Custom designs is what we do! If you have an idea in mind we can work together to create something unique. There is no additional charge to create a new design.

Yes, we offer weatherproof signs made from high-quality outdoor hardwood and MDO. We also apply an extra layer of outdoor polyurethane for added protection. For long-lasting durability, we recommend adding additional coats of polyurethane every year or two.
